1. Registration and Acceptance
Participation in Forrozim Bom classes or events requires the completion of the online registration form.
By registering, the student declares agreement with these Terms and Conditions, including the policies regarding COVID-19, cancellations, refunds, and the use of personal data.
Furthermore, the student confirms having read and accepted the school’s Code of Conduct, committing to respect the guidelines on coexistence, safety, and mutual respect during all activities.

2. Payment and Reservation of Place
The place will only be confirmed after full payment is made via bank transfer or the indicated digital platform.
The payment deadline is up to 5 (five) calendar days after registration. After this period, the place may be released to another interested person.

3. Schedule and Changes
Classes are organized into weekly groups, according to the previously announced schedule (level, day of the week, and time).
Classes that have already started are non-refundable, except in situations provided for in this document.
Forrozim Bom reserves the right to change schedules, substitute teachers, or modify the class location in exceptional cases, with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.

4. COVID-19
We will follow the health regulations in force in Belgium.
Participation in face-to-face classes requires students with COVID-19 symptoms to remain at home.
If there are restrictive measures preventing face-to-face classes, the student may choose to:
a) Transfer the credit of unattended classes to the next trimester, or
b) Request a proportional refund for unattended classes.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Reflection Period:
The student may cancel their registration within up to 7 calendar days after registration and request a full refund, provided no face-to-face class has been attended.

5.2 Cancellation after 7 days:
Only possible in the following cases:

• Medical reasons (with a medical certificate): proportional refund or credit for the next trimester.

• Class cancellation due to insufficient enrollment: full refund or possibility of relocation to another class, according to the student’s choice.

5.3 Other Situations:
Unjustified withdrawals after the classes have started do not entitle the student to a refund.

6. Class Make-ups and Compact-Trimester (8 CLASSES)
Class Make-ups:
Allowed subject to availability, provided there is compatibility of level and role (leader/follower), and prior notice is given to the organization.

Compact-Trimester:
Valid for up to 8 classes during a specific trimester. After this limit, participation can continue by paying for individual classes.
This pass is valid for a single level and day of the week. For specific needs, conditions can be negotiated directly with the team.

7. Enrollment During the Trimester
With prior experience:
Entry during the trimester is possible after a practical evaluation to allocate the student to the appropriate level.

Without experience:
We accept new beginner students up to the 2rd week of the Beginners/Initiates class.
After this period, participation is allowed only through a preparatory course, private lesson, or specific initiation event.

8. Legal Terms and Liability
The student acknowledges that dance practice involves physical risks and assumes full responsibility for their participation, releasing Forrozim Bom from any liability for accidents or injuries, except in cases of proven negligence.
The school may record photos and videos of classes and events for institutional publicity, unless the student formally objects in writing.
Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the student.

9. Personal Data Protection
We collect only essential data to provide the service: full name, email, phone number, and country of residence.
These data will be used exclusively for institutional communication and will not be shared with third parties except when legally required.
The student has the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete their data;

• Restrict or object to its use;

• Request data portability;

• Withdraw consent;

• File a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and published on Forrozim Bom’s official website.
If any clause is deemed invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
In case of disputes, the legal norms in force in the country where the course is held shall prevail.
