Level Yellow - Forró I
Description:
At this stage, you have already had some contact with forró, know the basic steps, have a sense of rhythm, and are familiar with simple figures such as the basic turn, walking, pião, and chuveirinho. In this module, you will expand your repertoire, develop your musicality, and achieve a more fluid dance.

Level Green - Forró Dialogo - Roots I
Description:
Ideal for those who already have solid experience with the university-style forró and want to begin their journey into the roots style. We will explore its particularities and integrate this new approach into your forró background. You will learn the foundational steps and figures of the roots style.
Prerequisites:

Familiarity with basic connection, leading/following, and flow

Level Blue - Forró Roots II
Description:
In this level, you already have previous experience with the roots style, understand the differences between university and roots styles, and feel comfortable executing the roots basics and the 10 fundamental figures. Here, we will expand your roots vocabulary using specific musicality techniques.

Cycle Orange - MUSICALITY, CULTURE AND BODY EXPRESSION
Description:
A 5 - class course offering a journey through Brazilian culture, exploring different forms of body expression from Brazilian dances and how to incorporate them into your forró. A deep dive into musicality, expression, and identity in dance.

CYCLE PINK - FORRÓ WOMEN
Description:
A course in partnership with the Brazilian Women’s Group in Belgium, aimed at empowering and teaching forró to women of all nationalities. A safe, welcoming, and energetic space for learning and connection!
Prerequisites:
None. Open to all women, with or without previous dance experience.
